In 2016, Verizon, already an AKQA client, asked us how they could do a better job of showcase VR in their Retail space.

Among several recommendations, one was to give in-store reps the ability to guide a customer through a VR experience. This would allow reps to tailor the VR demo to what the customer was interested in while still giving customers a great degree of control.
